Pieza con cataforesis Colgado de piezas en bastidor

Cathodic electrodeposit is an immersion coating process based on the motion of charged particles within an electrical field towards their opposing pole (cataphoresis = moving towards the cathode).

This is an ORGANIC coating for metal parts whereby a coat of epoxy-type paint is deposited by electrolytes. It features pre-treatment phases (de-greasing and descaling) which guarantee excellent cleaning and the microcrystalline zinc phosphate that is essential for the paint to adhere and withstand corrosion.

Materials we coat: hot/cold laminated steel, galvanized steel, cast iron, zinc-coated steel, forged iron, aluminium, Zamak and sintered steel.

The company has three flexible Cataphoresis facilities. >>
